PAYMENT IS DUE NO LATER THAN 24 HOURS FOLLOWING THE CLOSE OF THE SALE, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE. ALL BIDS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR REFUNDED FOR CANCELLATION. We accept Paypal, e-transfer Visa, Mastercard and cash (for pick up items only). All items must be paid for in full prior to release. Winners are required to book a pickup appointment via email or phone number provided in their invoice email. It is the responsibility of the bidder to read the descriptions of the lot numbers being bid on to ensure understanding of the items condition. Descriptions of items will include any known defects or damages. Most items have been tested (where possible) - excluding "As Is" items. All items that we are NOT able to ship will be identified in the Lot Description. It is the bidder’s responsibility to be aware of any items we can't ship before placing a bid. We reserve the right to add and/or remove any lots while the auction is running. Cha Ching & Dobson General Store is not responsible for items that have not been picked up within the week following the auction close. Please note that once the successful bidder has passed the time period for requesting pick-up or shipping, then Cha Ching & Dobson General Store reserves the right to dispose or resell the items and no refund will be given. Any purchases unclaimed will be held for a maximum of seven (7) days and a restocking fee of $25 CAD will be applied. The bidder might potentially receive a negative rating or be banned from bidding. Please specify if shipping is required or not in the notes section. It is the responsibility of the bidder to sign up for shipping using the information provided in the invoice email, not just requesting shipping in the notes section. Cha Ching & Dobson General Store North is not liable or responsible for automatically shipping items until a request has been made via the information provided in the email invoice. Please email us if you make any changes to your shipping/pick-up request. We will ship all items following the auction close, and after the payment has been received. Pick-up dates and times are Tuesday - Friday from 11am - 5pm (EST) following auction close. Cha Ching & Dobson General Store North holds the right to serve customers with booked appointments first and can not guarantee your items will be ready without an appointment reservation. Cha Ching & Dobson General Store North can not release items for pick-up before invoices have been processed. Pick-up location is at 317 Atherley Road, Unit #7 Orillia, Ontario, Corner of Atherley Road and Forest Avenue. Returns are only accepted if the item does not match description. You must notify us within 72 hours of receiving your item by email dobsongeneralstorenorth@outlook.com and we will inform you on the necessary steps to return the item. If you do not notify us within 72 hours of receiving your item, then a refund or return will not be applicable. All items are sold as is and where is and do not carry a warranty from Cha Ching & Dobson General Store North. Cha Ching & Dobson General Store North will not be liable or responsible for damage or injury to individuals or their property. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and save Cha Ching & Dobson General Store North the Seller and their assigns harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damage or liability, directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from an act, including the negligent acts or omissions of Cha Ching & Dobson General Store North or anyone acting in his/her behalf in connection with or arising out of auction.
