By registering for this auction, you agree to the terms and conditions as stated below. Opa's Auctions strives to accurately describe the items being sold, but all property offered for sale is strictly "as is where-is" with all faults. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition and authenticity of each item. All sales are final and no refunds are given. All items purchased must be paid for on sale day via registered credit card unless prior arrangements have been made with Opa's Auctions to pay with cash or credit card upon pickup. Ownership of an item is conveyed immediately following the final bid placed. While Opa's Auctions tries to handle and store all items with great care, Opa's Auctions will have no liability for any loss or damage to an item after the final bid has been placed. Pick up location is to be determined and will be listed on winning invoices. Because I live on a one lane road, the pick up location will be in a parking lot in Franklin, NC, probably near Harbor Freight Tools, on Saturday, August 20th, from 12:00 - 2:00. The pick up location will be identifiable. Loading purchased items is the responsibility of the buyer. Opa's Auctions will as a courtesy, assist with the loading following the sale, but this is done at the risk and responsibility of the buyer. Bring your own packing and cushioning materials. We do not ship large items, furniture, etc. If you have specific questions, please read the description to see if the item is listed as NO SHIPPING or ask before you buy! Most items we can ship and are glad to. I will combine lots won into as few shipping boxes as possible. Shipping is $9.99 per box or actual shipping costs, whichever is greater, with a $5.00 per lot handling fee. If you are shipped 4 lots and all fit into one box, there will be a MINIMUM shipping fee of $9.99 and a handling fee of $20.00. (I am taking time off my full time job in order to ship your items.) Any shipping will be done from Hickory, NC 28602. A tracking number and $100 insurance per box will be provided. If you do not agree to the shipping costs, please plan on picking up your items on the pick up date. If an item can be picked up in Hickory, NC on August 23rd or August 27th, I can bring it to Hickory for a $5.00 per lot handling fee. If an item cannot be picked up during the listed pick up dates and times, communication must be made to Opa's Auctions requesting and agreeing to the shipping rates. If communication and agreement is not made and items are not picked up at the listed date and time, items become the property of Opa's Auctions and may be resold. No refunds will be given. A 15% buyers premium will be added to all purchases along with 6.75% NC sales tax unless you have a valid sales tax exemption. Please let us know if you are sales tax exempt when registering.
