Payment Terms |
Terms: A 15% non-refundable down payment on sale date & buyer to sign a Purchase Agreement. Land is not being sold subject to financing. Seller will convey a marketable title to buyer by Warranty Deed evidenced by a policy of Title Insurance. The Title Insurance policy premium and closing agent fees will be divided equally between the buyer and seller. Any additional lender endorsement, or requirements to be paid by buyer. 2023 & all prior years taxes will be paid by the seller. Buyer to pay 2024 and subsequent taxes. Closing will take place on or before April 15, 2024. Buyer agrees to accept property in its present condition. The property will be offered based upon the buyer’s personal inspection or investigation of the property. Property is open to inspection. Buyer to have possession for 2024.

John Zarybnicky, Listing Agent, and all other Agents of Homestead Land Company, Inc. are acting as Seller’s Agents and work for the Seller. The Seller or agents of the Seller are not responsible for any accidents that may occur during inspection of the property or on the day of the sale.
